- Rates are based on room size and do not include applicable taxes.
- Guest must be 21 or older to check into hotel.
- Check in @ 2:00 pm, Check out @ 11:30 am.
- Most major credit cards accepted.
- Firelogs are available on request.
- Parking is free.
- Credit Card guarantee only!
- Rates are subject to change without notice and guaranteed when 50% deposit is received
- For the protection of all guests, you are required to show proper identification (Government or State issued ID) that matches the name on the credit card used to check in with.

Checkout Special ~ Checkout time is 11:30am. Stay to enjoy the sun, avoid the morning traffic to the border, and checkout at 6:30pm for an additional $39.00! Checkout Special can ONLY be paid in CASH once you have arrived.
Condo units have a maximum occupancy: the basic rate for the 2bedroom/2bath condos is for up to four (4) guests; an additional $15.00 will be added per guest/per night, up to six (6) guest maximum. Please be sure to check your occupancy limit.
A $300.00 Security Deposit is required on all rentals and can be made by check or held by credit card. The Security Deposit is 100% refundable at the end of your stay. Payment will be refunded, based on your payment method, provided there are no fines, items missing, damaged or broken – and the condo is left as you found it.
A $500 Pet/Security Deposit is required if bringing a pet. Please see the Pet Policy.
PAYMENT POLICY:
• Reservations are confirmed once a 50% deposit is paid.
• Payment in full is due 7 days prior to your arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellations prior to 7 days are refundable minus a $100.00 processing fee.
• Any cancellation less than 7 days from your scheduled arrival date is non-refundable.
• However, we are happy to offer you a credit towards a future booking within ninety days.
Completion and submission of the Reservation Request and/or signature of this Confirmation will constitute your agreement to our Cancellation Policy as stated above.
