Checkout Special ~ Checkout time is 11:30am. Stay to enjoy the sun, avoid the morning traffic to the border, and checkout at 6:30pm for an additional $39! Checkout Special can ONLY be paid in CASH once you have arrived.
Condo units have a maximum occupancy: the basic rate for the 2bedroom/2bath condos is for up to four (4) guests; an additional $15 will be added per guest/per night, up to six (6) guest maximum. Please be sure to check your occupancy limit.
A $300 Security Deposit ($400 for PH) is required on all rentals and can be made by check or held by credit card. The Security Deposit is 100% refundable at the end of your stay. Payment will be refunded, based on your payment method, provided there are no fines, items missing, damaged or broken – and the condo is left as you found it.
A minimum $500 Pet/Security Deposit is required if bringing a pet. Please see the Pet Policy.
PAYMENT POLICY:
• Reservations are confirmed once a 50% deposit is paid.
• Payment in full is due 7 days prior to your arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellations prior to 7 days are refundable minus a $100 processing fee.
• Any cancellation less than 7 days from your scheduled arrival date is non-refundable.
• However, we are happy to offer you a credit towards a future booking within ninety days.
Completion and submission of the Reservation Request and/or signature of this Confirmation will constitute your agreement to our Cancellation Policy as stated above.
